Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble returns policy, so if you are unhappy with your purchase (for whatever reason), then just return it to us and we will refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you would like to exchange your item, please purchase any replacement items in a separate online order, and then return your initial order for a refund. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please return items to: Country Innovation, No 1 Broad Street, Congresbury, North Somerset, BS49 5DG. You can return parcels from as little as £2.60 using MyHermes. Simply visit www.myhermes.co.uk to book and arrange your return with the courier. You have the option to have the parcel collected from your door, or you can drop off at one of over 5000 ParcelShops nationwide. It’s a flexible, fully tracked service to suit you. Alternatively, please use whatever return service suits you best. The cost of return is to be paid for by you.

For International returns, please email to arrange a simple and convenient return, the cost of which will be deducted from your original purchase.

All items should be returned new and unused, with the Country innovation tag intact and in their original condition and packaging, along with a completed returns note. Unfortunately returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
