Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble returns policy, so if you are unhappy with your purchase (for whatever reason), then just return it to us and we will refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you would like to exchange your item, please purchase any replacement items in a separate online order, and then return your initial order for a refund. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please return items to: Country Innovation, No 1 Broad Street, Congresbury, North Somerset, BS49 5DG. You can return parcels from as little as £2.60 using our courier MyHermes. Simply visit where you can select to have the parcel collected from your door, or you can drop off at one of over 5000 ParcelShops nationwide. It’s a flexible, fully tracked service to suit you.

All items should be returned new and unused, with the Country innovation tag intact and in their original condition and packaging, along with a completed returns note. Unfortunately returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
