The Independant April 2008 Review by Simon Usborne
"Scuffing the luscious uppers on these quintessentially English boots feels criminal... They are sturdy, waterproof and comfortable" (Posted on 06/03/2009)

Country Walking magazine September 2008 Review by Tom Hutton
Comfort & Fit: "A little harsh at first but didn't need much breaking in and I'd forgotten about it after a few miles. They're quite narrow, but the internal leather lining is luxurious and very comfortable."
Performance: "I found the deep cleated sole unit best suited to softer going than rock and felt the mid flex midsole and lower ankle cuff bore this out, making them less versatile overall than the third placed Meindl."
Verdict: "The 2008 version of this classic model is best suited to the softer ground of the Dales, Beacons or Dartmoor. Nice and light though and a good price. (Posted on 06/03/2009)
