Delivery
All orders are subject to the following delivery charges:
Standard Delivery - goods are normally delivered within 7 working days from receipt of order.
UK Orders: Under £50 - £3.95, Over £50 - £5.95
Rest of Europe: £25
Outside Europe: £30
Express Delivery - £15
Guarantees next day delivery (exc Saturday) if order is placed by 12pm. Please telephone for stock availability. UK deliveries only. Credit card payment only.
Returns
Country Innovation offers a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return it in its original packaging and we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund...no questions asked.
Country Innovation Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a fault develops contact us on 01934 877333 and we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abnormal wear and tear, accident or alterations.
