Venture Waistcoat Green

The Venture Waistcoat was first introduced into the Country Innovation range in 1999 and has proven such a popular garment that it has become a standard piece of kit for the bird or wildlife enthusiast. The original style was developed after feedback from the well know celebrity Bill Oddie, and the end result proved so successful that it has remained in its original format from that day to this, having sold in volume throughout the country and indeed throughout the world.

For 2009 the style and features of the original product have been closely scrutinized to provide a garment, we believe, even better than before.

In addition to the original 11 pockets (all of a size so as to be user friendly), there are now an additional 2 pockets, making a final tally of 13 pockets, including an internal mobile/communications pocket, and larger lower pockets. The shoulder panels are now lightly padded to provide comfort when carrying heavy loads, and there is a tab on the back of the neck to keep binocular straps in place, and a key fob inside the lower left security pocket.

The same high quality fabric continues to be used, which is densley woven to provide durability, but is at the same time soft to the touch, quick drying and low rustle. The design has been given an up to date look with sharper looking pockets and flaps.
