The club, formed 17 years ago, holds 20 indoor meetings between October and March, and has monthly field trips all over England and Wales throughout the year, and evening walks during the spring and summer months. Our members come from all over Gloucestershire and neighbouring counties. An active club, carrying our a great deal of field work and surveys for the BTO and also have a foreign trip once a year. Previous destinations include Trinidad & Tobago, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Cyprus and Lesbos. Our 2001 trip is to Nepal and our 2002 trip is to Spain.
